No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
⍤ We truly apologize in advance if you weren't satisfied with your tips! However, no returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted as all orders are customized and made to order. Please feel free to reach us with any questions or issues about your product, we will assist you.
Order Changes/Cancellations
⍤ We accept minor changes to orders within a reasonable amount of time from the original date of order. However, orders may not be cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order.
Payment
⍤ 100% of the payment must be made to confirm your order. Chargebacks are not permitted; anyone doing so for any reason will be permanently blacklisted.
Privacy
⍤ All personal Information (name, shipping address, phone number, email) are collected for customer identification and order processing purposes. They will not be shared with any external party.
Shipping
⍤ We are NOT responsible for anything that happens to packages after they have been shipped and will not replace them. This includes(but not limited to) shipping delays, lost/damaged/stolen packages.
⍤The customer will be responsible for any customs or duties fees incurred by the package.

⍤ As of Aug 2021, Canada Post continues to experience delays with shipping, so your package may arrive past the expected delivery window. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
Sizing
⍤We are NOT responsible for nails that do not fit and will not replace them. It is your responsibility to use the provided information and tools (sizing kit, pictures and videos for instructions on instagram) to determine your nail size.
⍤Sizing varies between shapes however we reconcile this by measuring all nails and matching them to our chart.
⍤But please note that sizing is never 100% guaranteed to fit due to factors such as nail bed length, width, curvature and overall shape.
Pricing
⍤ All pricing is firm and subject to change at any time without notice. SWEET:ON currently does not price match, nor provide additional discounts unless it is part of a promotion.
Product Issues
⍤ SWEET:ON products should last up to 1-2 weeks per wear using nail glue (up to 1-3 days using nail tabs). During this time, normal wear and tear may occur which may include cracks, peeling or shape deformation; press-on nails are not as durable as acrylic.
Defects/ Damages nails
⍤If you believe your product came with a defect, please contact us via instagram (@sweeton__beauty) or email with photos and a short description of the issue. Otherwise, we are NOT responsible for damages that occur as a result of everyday wear(cracks, peeling etc.).
⍤The structural integrity of a press-on is weaker than an acrylic nail, so please adjust your expectations accordingly; the average length of wear for most of my customers is around 2 weeks.
Variance
⍤Some of our nail shapes are hand-shaped, therefore there may be slight variance in shape or length (0-2mm). There may also be variance in colour since a screen/camera may depict colours differently!
⍤Variance from design may also occur since everything is hand-painted.
⍤Ill-sizing is not a valid reason for a refund, however replacement nails can be requested for an additional fee.
⍤All press-on sets are uniquely hand-painted and may vary from the photo and from set to set.
⍤Colours may appear different in photos and on-screen compared to reality. SWEET:ON is not responsible for any discrepancies between expected vs actual colours as a result.
Product & Content Redistribution
⍤All content associated with SWEET:ON is proprietary property that is not to be re-used or replicated for personal or business use. This includes (but is not limited to): graphics, logos, web design, product/packaging design, written content and other media.
⍤Products are not intended for re-distribution or re-sellers unless otherwise stated.
